The Politicians and business leaders in conjunction with the fake labor leaders of the San Francisco Labor Council has implemented a project to outsource public sector jobs. The majority removal project has been in effect since the 1960’s and ongoing in the 21st century. Starting with the Urban Removal Project in the western addition. First they use trickery lies and false promises to get the voters to approve ballot initiative.
Then they use political persuasion to reform the civil service commission.
