At about 2:00 pm today, Wednesday, February 8, 2012, James Decker was arrested.
First, the cops came and took a sign that was hanging on the huge fence erected around the courthouse lawn.  James put the sign back.  The cops came and arrested him and said that he'd hung the sign "with malice"!  James probably has it all on his camera, so we will all be abel to see what happened if the cops don't delete his video.  The sign included something about the police being corrupt.
Continuing attack on free speech.
On another note, a correction:  Andrew Hamer has court on Thursday at 2pm regarding his brutal arrest on November 14th near Occupy Eureka.  EPD officer Terry Liles (murderer of teens Chris Burgess, Zachary Cook and accomplice to Cheri Moore's murder) hit Andrew in the head area with a metal police baton.  Standing and watching was Murl Harpham and Humboldt Sheriff Deputy Charles Lamb (and many other people).  Mark Sailors caught it on video.
Please come support Andrew on Monday while his attorney moves for the case against Andrew to be dismissed based on his arrest being part of the targeting and unfair treatment of Occupy Eureka participants.
Please come out to Occupy Eureka at the Courthouse for shifts at any time of the day or night!
(I was not present for James' arrest, got a report; nor was I there for Andrew's arrest,but I got many reports and know that Andrew needs support!)
