 The Trial is in Department 27, Judge Benson
 Jury selection begins Feb. 7 at 9 am.

Message from Occupy Education Norcal:
Thousands of students, parents, teachers, and workers will flood into Sacramento on Monday, March 5th.  We're going there to Occupy the Capitol and demand that Wall St. and the 1% pay to refund education, jobs, essential services, and a better future!
The first action on March 5th begins at 10 am at South Side Park in Sacramento.  We're asking everyone to join us and to stay at least until Tuesday (or later), if at all possible.  Please click here for a seat on the bus to and/or from Sacramento or to just let us know you'll be there: [http://occupyeducationca.org/march5]

Our Week of Action to Occupy the Capitol kicks off with locally organized community and campus actions on March 1st.  We'll send out a full listing of these actions soon to help you plug in.  A group of Occupy activists will also launch a 99 Mile March from Oakland to UC Davis on March 1st at 2 pm.  These Occupiers will arrive at UC Davis on Sunday March 4th and board buses to Sacramento for the final stretch on Monday March 5th.  If you want to join the 99 Mile March, you can indicate this when you sign up to Occupy the Capitol here: [http://occupyeducationca.org/march5]
